For Producers, SuperKnowledgeMart.com will provide not only a place to store
and market an idea, but also a chance to become a part of a growing and vital
community. Our search features will allow you to highlight your knowledge
product (KP) via Keywords in a wide range of product categories. They will then
become available to the worldwide market for a fee set by you, the producer. To
post, you will be required to register as a user of SKM, enter a subject, sub
categories, keywords and a description of why your experience, education,
knowledge, etc make the product valuable and then upload your product. That's
it. No muss, no fuss. Once the above is completed, your product(s) are
immediately available to a world wide market via the web.
Of course, the producer will be responsible for their ideas, and will be
required to use good taste and common sense when posting. No "porn" of any type
will be permitted, nor bomb building, nor general ugliness. We reserve the
prerogative to remove any KP at any time. Consumers will be expected to use
appropriate caution as well. These issues are addressed in our User Rules,
which must be agreed to by each SKM member. Please see User Rules for all the
details.
How will posting be handled?
The cost for posting is as follows:

A "discount" of $1 for each category is given in groups of "3". For example, if
you load 3 files which are 3kb in size, the cost is $3 per file, for the fourth
and each additional file of this size, the price for uploading is $2. If you
were to upload a fourth file which was 25 kb in size, the price for uploading
this file would be $3
These prices reflect the cost of hosting media files of various size,
providing security for that content, and managing its distribution. We will
work with you in special cases or for special content.
How will payments be handled?
Payment for posting knowledge products and payments to knowledge producers
will be through the online payment fulfillment company PayPal. Each member will
need to establish an account with PayPal (if they don't already have one). If
you are a producer, you will pay to post your products prior to listing. When
your products are purchased, buyers will pay you directly through PayPal. You
will be responsible for reimbursing us at either the time you renew your
posting or each time you reach $100 of sales, whichever occurs first (we hope
the latter).
We would be delighted to have buyers electronically split their payments
between the producer and us at the time of purchase, but PayPal does not have
this option is not available at this time, when it is, we'll take advantage of
it. Until then, we are at "risk" while a producer is selling their product, but
because we believe so strongly in the community of SKM, we are willing to incur
this risk rather than bog down producers and ourselves with cumbersome
payment/accounting functionality.
Both consumers and producers will benefit from this arrangement: privacy will
be maintained, fund transfers will be simplified and secure, and fulfillment
will be nearly instantaneous.
We also recognize that while there are many fans of PayPal, there are many
who, for a variety of reasons, do not care for the product/service. We explored
many different options to deal with the financial/accounting piece of the
business and believe PayPal is the best option at the current time. As other
services become available which offer as many advantages and ease of use as
PayPal, we will add them to the site's functionality. If you as a potential
